Living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina allowed me to have access to two of the top ranked, US hospitals and various small hospitals in the Raleigh-Durham area. However, after completing over 40 years of bedside nursing and 30 years between Duke University Hospital and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) Hospital for the last 30 years, I decided to pursue a true passion of mine, nursing education.
